What every community gives you

Closed rooms, member-chosen agendas, peer facilitators, nothing recorded.
02Build your network
Get to know leaders in your function across organisations, sectors and regions, and stay connected with the peers you meet.
03Explore solutions on your terms
Optional conversations with specialists you chose to meet, only when you have a challenge worth exploring.

How a community forms
Communities open when the room is ready, not when the calendar says so.
Two minutes: role, organisation size, region, and the three questions you most want to put to peers.
Every registration is checked against the same criteria used for running communities. When a region has enough qualified leaders, a date is set.
The founding delegates agree the focus areas, nominate peer facilitators and name the challenges they want to explore. The first programme runs on the standard half-day format.
